Jak bude vypadat účtenka s kódy BKP, FIK a PKP? Nehezky!

S faktem, že účtenky budou vypadat po zavedení EET jinak už se podnikatelé asi smířili. Spousta z nich ale stále tápe, jak přesně jejich účtenka bude vypadat. Připravili jsme pro Vás náhled tří variant účtenky.
Na takovou účtenku jsme všichni zvyklí. Hlavička, výčet položek, členění DPH a patička. Všem je ale jasné, že takto nové účtenky vypadat nebudou. Co když ale přidáme na účtenku neustále zmiňovaný FIK (fiskální identifikační kód) a BKP (bezpečností kód poplatníka).
Takovou účtenku bychom měli dle MF a GFČR vídat v restauracích nebo ubytovacích službách od 1.prosince 2016. To vše za předpokladu, že má pokladní systém přístup k internetu a dokáže ve stanoveném časovém horizontu, který by se měl dle ministerstva pohybovat v rozmezí 300 milisekund až několika málo vteřin, kontaktovat servery EET a evidovat tak účtenku.
Co když je ale pokladní zařízení tzv. OFFLINE, tedy mimo připojení k internetu? Nebo co když kontaktování serveru EET trvá déle než je pokladní zařízení ochotno čekat? Ministerstvo deklaruje minimální čekací dobu na 2 vteřiny. Po tuto dobu jsou poskytovatelé pokladních řešení povini čekat, zda server EET odpoví či neodpoví. Řada dodavatelů bere situaci s rezervou a čekací dobu stanovují až na 5 vteřin. Pokladní systém elPokladny.cz má čekací lhůtu na odpověď EET serveru 3 vteřiny. Pokud EET neodpovídá, vytiskne systém tuto účtenku.
Ano, je to šílené, matoucí, ale zákon je zákon.
Ještě poslední perla na konec. Pokud stát zavede opravdu neustále zmiňovanou účtenkovou loterii, tedy pokud na konci roku bude losovat účtenky a jedna z nich vyhraje například vozidlo nebo finanční obnos, opravdu chce ministerstvo losovat i z OFFLINE účtenek? Myslím si, že účtenku s PKP kódem nemá cenu ani schovávat doma v šuplíku, k tomu abyste porovnali tento kód s kódem výherním byste potřebovali minimálně tři dny dovolenou!
