Netiskne mi tiskárna, co teď? Aneb problémy s tiskem.
Občas se stane, že se tiskárna po nějaké době neaktivity uspí, vybije se a nebo jí jednoduše omylem vypnete. V tuto chvíli jí nestačí jenom zapnout, je třeba více úkonů. Ale nebojte je to jednoduché.
Zkoušeli jste to vypnout a zapnout?
Pokud nastane jeden z případů uvedených na úvodu tohoto článku, je to nemilá situace. Tiskárny připojené k tabletům pomocí technologie Bluetooth občas mívají tyto problémy a tak je třeba nezmatkovat a postupovat přesně třemi rychlými kroky, které situaci vyřeší během pár sekund.
- Zapněte tiskárnu.
- Vypnout aplikaci pomocí ikony čtverce na chytrém Android zařízení vpravo dole. Stiskněte čtvrerec, zobrazí se Vám otevřené aplikace, včetně aplikace elPokladny.cz. Zavřete jí křížkem nebo přetažením doprava či doleva. Prostě zahodit.
- Spusťe aplikaci elPokladny.cz znovu pomocí ikony na Vašem chytrém Android zařízení.
Vysvětlení
Je to jednoduché, představte si spojení mezi tiskárnou a tabletem jako provázek. Každé spuštění aplikace spojí tuto aplikaci a tiskárnu pokaždé novým provázkem. Jakmile se tiskárna vypne, spojení ( provázek ) mezi tabletem a tiskárnou se přeruší. Pokud byste tiskárnu jen zapli, bude sice aktivní, ale nebude spojená s aplikací, protože jen spuštění aplikace navazuje nové spojení ( provázek ). Je tedy potřeba vypnout a znovu zapnout aplikaci, aby se toto spojení s tiskárnou znovu obnovilo.
Problémy s tiskárnou z praxe
- Nevšiml/a jsem si, že je tiskárna vyplá a vystavil/a jsem doklad, tedy stiskl/a jsem tlačítko Hotově nebo Kartou a Dokončit.
REŠENÍ: Postupujte dle výše zmíněného návodu. Poté přejděte do Menu > Doklady. Úplně nejvýš bude Vás doklad, který se reálně vystavil, uložil, zaevidoval na MFČR ale nevytiskl. Klikněte na modrou ikonu s lupou. Zobrazí se Vám elektronický náhled účtenky. Teď už stačí jen stistknout zelené tlačítko Tisk a účtenka Vám vyjede znovu. - Došel mi papír v tiskárně přesně v polovině účtenky.
REŠENÍ: Vyměňte papír v tiskárně. Poté přejděte do Menu > Doklady. Úplně nejvýš bude Vás doklad, který se vytiskl jen do půlky než došel papír. Klikněte na modrou ikonu s lupou. Zobrazí se Vám elektronický náhled účtenky. Teď už stačí jen stistknout zelené tlačítko Tisk a účtenka Vám vyjede znovu.
